Marketing & PR

We understand there is a distinct and crucial role for a comprehensive public relations programme for this show. The Marketing & PR Campaign is clearly the key that determines the success of any exhibition. We are investing heavily in a concentrated and extensive visitor promotional campaign. We aim to implement an extremely targeted promotional plan of communication to generate huge public awareness in the months prior to the exhibition both local and regional advertising that will continue throughout the year.

The Marketing & PR Campaign will consist of local and regional activities including advertising in the White Wedding Pages magazine, in addition relevant newspapers and radio stations. This is supported by the circulation of thousands of leaflets via, the odyssey arena & exhibitors premises, & direct mail invitations: - website & email initiatives, posters, competitions and promotions.

Storm Associates, an experienced and dedicated PR team will manage all press communications and will secure and maximise coverage in key titles for the event and its exhibitors.

The Catwalk Show

This fully choreographed bridal fashion show features wedding and honeymoon fashions as well as the latest accessories and floral arrangements created by a highly acclaimed production team! You will see wonderful selections of styles and trends you'll probably ever see in one place. The catwalk includes:

Please contact Linden Events and they will be delighted to assist you.

  • Shell Scheme Stands - £150.00 sqm
    Costs include Shell Scheme Stand, Carpet, and spot light/s, Name Panel, and entry into Show Guide. Some sites will be liable to a small premium due to prime locations and/or more than one frontage.
  • Space Only Stands (for stands 20sqm & above ) - Pricing Available On Request
    In certain areas it may be possible to buy space only stands, however this is at the organiser’s discretion. Costs include space only, carpet and entry into Show Guide.

Optional Extras

Furniture, additional lighting, stand dressings, telephones, internet connections, plug sockets, will be supplied by our approved contractors. All particulars including prices are detailed in the exhibitor’s manual.

At your request, we can supply a details of the exhibition contractor should you require a stand designed and built: this is a great opportunity for exhibitors to create an individually designed and constructed stand or graphic display! Only available in certain locations and at organisers discretion.

We can supply details for leaflets, pop–ups, and other exhibiting promotional materials required.
